Membership Forms

All permission forms related to Track Activities to be turned into Coach Paul McLeland.

Sports permission forms for athletic eligibility/registration to be turned into Athletic Office. If unable to pay fees, arrangements can be made with Coach McLeland.

Athlete Contract

Varsity athletes will be accountable after their first practice. Beginning with the start of the outdoor season (April 5, 2010), all others will be accountable to team rules as outlined in the contract. Please contact Coach Mac with questions regarding the regulations.
