You may address the Board at each open meeting in person. There are 2 options for this:

(1) You may address the Board in person a the meeting. If you are attending the meeting in person and wish to address the Board then, simply complete the Public Comment form provided at the meeting. Do not complete this electronic form.

(2) You may submit your comments electronically if you do not want to address the Board in person. To submit your comments electronically, please complete this form.
